The number of participants will be limited.

Registration Fee

The registration fee amounts to 100 € (or 120 CHF). It includes all coffee breaks, lunch on Thursday, as well as the buffet organized at the Globe of Science and Innovation on Thursday evening.

You can either pay by bank transfert (100 € or 120 CHF), or by credit card (e-payment in CHF only). Clearly indicate your name and the reference "EnergyWS2013" or the reference "99017".

Accommodation

• 50 single rooms have been reserved in CERN's Hostel for the nights 22-23 October 2013.
• 100 single rooms have been reserved in CERN's Hostel for the nights 23-25 October 2013

Reservation of a room in CERN's Hostel will be handled on a "first-come-first served" basis. The room rate is 58 CHF per person, per night, to be settled directly with the Hostel during the check-in.

Deadline of reservation in CERN's hostel is 27th September 2013.
